So I got a text supposedly from the DVSA saying I had an unpaid parking fine and that they were about to take legal action. It said something about 'documents provided by parking penalty charge' and that today was the absolute deadline for paying up. The message warned, 'Since you haven't settled your parking penalty charge for ages, today is your final chance to pay. If you don't pay by the end of today, we will take you to court...' They included a link: https://qrco.de/bfQqVj?eWq=PgCZt3MICI. Definitely felt a bit dodgy to me.
