I just got a video call on WhatsApp from +44 07497 786059, with someone saying they were from NatWest support. They spoke with a British accent but didn't show any ID on the screen, which felt dodgy. Plus, why make a video call and then not show their face at all? The voice reminded me of a scam call I got a few months back, about cancelling and renewing a business card. They started asking if I had any other credit or debit cards with NatWest, which was a bit suspicious. When I mentioned my current account was overdrawn, they just hung up on me. Honestly, pretty rude and sketchy behaviour.
