Someone rang me pretending to be from Microsoft about an issue with my PC. The person on the other end got really aggressive and shouted a few times when I told him I wasn’t going to follow his instructions. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, he accused me of helping hackers! He wanted to know who my internet provider was, but I wouldn’t tell him. He kept being rude so I told him I was hanging up because it was just harassment. Definitely a scam - Microsoft wouldn’t make calls from a mobile number like that!
