Got a call from a dodgy number pretending to be from ‘BT’, saying my internet had a virus or something. The funny bit is, I’m not even a BT customer! I just acted clueless and kept them chatting for a bit, like I didn’t have a clue what they were on about. After a while, they got annoyed and started swearing about me ‘wasting their time’ before hanging up. No complaints here - it felt good to waste some time of a scammer’s day.
