I got a phone call today from 07380 639143, and there was quite a bit of background noise. After a pause, the caller said he was from Sky and wanted to discuss my plan. I told him I was busy working and then blocked the number. Not long after, the same voice called me from another number with the exact same excuse. This definitely feels like a scam to me.
