I was waiting on a call from a company, so I picked up, but honestly I wish I hadn’t. The person on the other end was really impolite and quite rude. Felt like one of those annoying scam calls about government grants or something. Not impressed at all.

Got two calls from this number within 10 minutes but no message left. Some folks reckon it’s a dodgy number. Wotcha flagged it as maybe government spam, so watch out.

so many calls keep coming through where as soon as I pick up the line, the person just hangs up right away. other times it's always the same thing, they say “hello miss how are you this is”, then almost immediately after I get a call from a number starting with +31, which I know is from the Netherlands.

They called me but hung up as soon as I picked up, so no chance to leave a voicemail or anything. Could be some dodgy scammer, who really knows nowadays? Honestly, it feels like the government ought to step up and do more to keep us safe from these kinds of scams.
