This was definitely one of those HMRC scams. The call went straight to voicemail, and the message told me to press 1 if I wanted to talk to an advisor. I went along with it, knowing full well it was dodgy. When I pressed 1, a lady with an Indian accent answered. She asked for my name, so I gave her "AHMED JOHNSON" (like the ex-WWE star). She must've tried to look it up because she sounded confused, then just hung up on me. I had a laugh wasting her time, hope it annoyed her a bit!
