I never made the call but got a message that looked like it was from Hermes saying they'd tried to leave a parcel but there was no note through my door. When I clicked the link, it asked for all sorts like bank details, card number, sort code and account info. It’s really worrying, especially for older folks who might fall for it and get scammed. I’ve reported it straight away to Hermes to warn them about it.
