I received a cheeky call from a chap who claimed my PPI request had been approved. I was a bit taken aback and replied, "Pardon? I haven't actually filed for any PPI." Just like that, he hung up on me. - Caller: PPI

I couldn't shake off the feeling of unease, especially since I recently dealt with a firm about PPI claims.
