This isn’t about your phone network - some con artist must’ve got a disposable number and is giving it a go. I’ve had a bunch of these strange calls myself, usually just block or ignore them. Try texting back asking "who’s this?" They never reply on texts or WhatsApp anyway. You’ve got to stay alert, these scammers are pretty good at tricking people. If you don’t recognise the caller or their number, make sure you report it to your mobile provider. That’s the only way to help put a stop to these annoying calls. Remember, if you don’t tell the network, nobody else will sort it out for you.
