Got a message from someone saying they wanna buy my stuff on ebay. Found this site and sent an email to [email protected]. Honestly, you should try it too, these scammers are a pain. I wrote back to them saying they must be taking me for a fool. Haven’t heard anything back yet. Haha.

someone messaged me on ebay saying they want to buy my item and gave me this number to get in touch with her directly. she told me to ask for payment through paypal outside ebay which sounded dodgy to me. i told her to just pay straight through ebay since its safer but then she never replied again. bit strange if you ask me.

This person is a total scammer. They messaged me on eBay, saying they wanted to buy something and asked me to contact them via email at tiogat0 (@) protonmail[###] because apparently, they had payment problems on eBay. They say they’ll pay me straight away, but it just feels dodgy. They kept insisting I check my junk mail for their messages lol. I told them if they’d paid through PayPal, the confirmation wouldn’t end up in junk folder. Anyway, there’s more to it but honestly, don’t waste your time with this one.

I got contacted by someone on eBay who wanted to buy my stuff but said he had payment problems on the site. He told me to reach out to him through some email address - tiogat0 (@) protonmail[###] - saying he’d pay straight away. Thing is, he kept telling me to check my junk mail for his messages, which seemed dodgy. I told him that if he paid via PayPal, I’d get a confirmation that never ends up in junk. It all felt fishy, so honestly, I’d advise against dealing with this person at all.

so, I got this number from someone on Ebay who said I should reach out via WhatsApp 0-7-4- -8-9-1. It felt a bit off, so I decided to look it up online and found this website where loads of people have already flagged it. Honestly, I'm pretty surprised! Looks like this buyer might be trying to scam me. I guess I’ll have to inform Ebay about this.
