I received a call from a chap claiming to be a debt collector. We found ourselves in a fair bit of a spat, and by the time we were done, the only consensus we reached was that we couldn't see eye to eye. I categorically stated that I don't owe anything!

Seems like they're debt recovery people trying to get hold of someone called Igohnie Ogrigri. That ain't me, so I wonder if they've got my phone number by mistake. They keep ringing from loads of different numbers. The very first time they got in touch was by text message, that's how I found out the bloke's name they're after. Could be this is all some sort of dodgy scam too!

Honestly, it was a tad overly sentimental for my taste.

Had a phone ring me up claiming I'd missed a couple of car insurance payments and that my cover was now cancelled. They said I had to settle the whole bill straight away to keep things going. I said I'd look into it with my bank first. Then I searched the phone number online and found out it's a total con. Watch out, everyone!

Got a call tonight at 7.30, which is well past normal working hours and honestly, not on. If they ring me after 6pm one more time, I’m definitely contacting trading standards about it.

Honestly, the customer service was shocking - so unprofessional and downright rude. I’ve had way better experiences elsewhere. Would definitely steer clear of this company unless you’ve got lots of time to waste!

Today my husband got a call from some people saying he owes £40 to PayPal. He told them to stop and hung up straight away because he knew it was rubbish and a scam. I rang PayPal myself, and they confirmed he doesn’t owe them or any other company a penny. These ARC debt collectors are just scammers trying to trick honest folks out of money. Avoid them at all costs!

Got a voicemail from them that just said to press 1 or 2, gave zero info besides that. Quite confusing really.
