Got a call on 9th April 2024 from someone saying he was a London police officer. He claimed there's an active investigation because I'd supposedly sent some legal papers to a Mrs Lee, and that I needed to show up to sort it out. I told him straight away I wasn’t giving any info over the phone and that he should get in touch with my local police instead. After that, I just ended the call. Obviously a scam, and I made sure to report it to Action Fraud!

Got a call from someone claiming to be with the London police, but I don’t even reside in London. Definitely seems like a scam to me.
