They were claiming to be from Nationwide bank, but I knew right away it was a total scam.

Got a message sayin I’d just linked a new secured online bank account. Never done that, so if it wasn’t you, don’t click any links or download any apps. Looks like one of those dodgy banking scams trying to trick ya.

Just got a voicemail saying it was Nationwide, telling me I have another device linked to my account with a link to check it out. I don’t even have an account with Nationwide, so I didn’t click on anything. Seems like a dodgy scam to me.
