Got a message saying “BARCLAYS: You’ve approved a payment of £996 to a new payee called Mohammed Montario. This will be taken from your account at 8pm tonight. If you didn’t authorise this, please ring us on 0330 133 9062 REF: JY4690”. I got the exact same message on 25/10/19 but from 07947 438387 and was told to call 0330 133 8954 instead. Complete SCAM, and now those numbers seem to be blocked as well!
