My husband, who’s got terminal cancer, got a call and the person started quizzing him about stuff like if we own our house or not. I jumped in, told them to back off and that we weren’t interested in any cold calls. But they just kept pushing and got really rude. I ended the call and I’m not picking up from this number ever again.

I received a phone call today from them. They quickly went through a brief survey and informed me that I met the criteria for a discounted boiler. I explained that I wasn't keen at the moment and wouldn't be for a while. The gentleman was quite understanding and simply said, "Thanks for your time," before ending the conversation. To be honest, they seemed rather pleasant. It appears they’re just a business looking to operate in our locality. It doesn’t sound too daunting, and they assured me that should I ever require assistance, I’m welcome to get in touch, as they’re keen to help.
