I was quite taken aback when this chap began probing my husband, who is gravely unwell with cancer, about our living situation, specifically if we own our property. After I intervened to clarify that we wished to avoid any unsolicited calls, he became rather insistent and rather pushy. I decided it was best to hang up and I definitely won’t be engaging with this number again.

I received a phone call today from them. They quickly went through a brief survey and informed me that I met the criteria for a discounted boiler. I explained that I wasn't keen at the moment and wouldn't be for a while. The gentleman was quite understanding and simply said, "Thanks for your time," before ending the conversation. To be honest, they seemed rather pleasant. It appears they’re just a business looking to operate in our locality. It doesn’t sound too daunting, and they assured me that should I ever require assistance, I’m welcome to get in touch, as they’re keen to help.
