Got a message saying a new device was linked to my Halifax account on 5th Oct at 3:31pm. Problem is, I don't even have an account with Halifax. When I looked it up, loads of others have been getting similar dodgy alerts from different numbers. Watch out for these scams if you get the same kind of message!
