I got a call from 07494635049 claiming to be from the Nat West fraud department. Some robot voice asked me to press buttons to confirm if I recognised certain transactions. Felt fishy straight away so I ended the call and then phoned Nat West myself. They told me there was no issue with my account at all. What really freaked me out was that this scammer already knew which bank I use!
