Got this exact message earlier today and I'm pretty sure it's a scam. Doesn't add up for them to say the last day to pay is tomorrow but then ask for the discounted sum right away. Plus, the website address they gave looks super dodgy to me, like one of those scam links https ://bit. ly/3XYlIrh? Mh= UVsH3q6

Got a text saying something like: "To stop your car from being taken away or facing a big fine for not handling the PCN on time, make sure you deal with it before 7th Oct 2024. If you sort it pronto, you might get up to £60 off the fine. <some Bitly link> Cheers for your help." Sounds dodgy to me.
