Got a text supposedly from HSBC saying a payment was made on a new device. The link looked like it had HSBC in the web address but it definitely wasn’t their real site. We don’t even have an account with HSBC, so it’s obviously a scam. Watch out for these phishing attempts!

I'd say this is suspicious. Someone supposedly took money from an HSBC account and paid a Mr C Jones, but I don't even have an account with HSBC. Definitely feels dodgy.
