I was completely taken aback when I got this unsolicited text about a parcel I wasn’t even aware of! The scammer behind it pretended they had been trying to contact me all day on my mobile, claiming I needed to click on a dodgy link to arrange a new delivery time for this phantom parcel. To top it off, they wanted me to cough up a shipping fee of £1.45 for the supposed redelivery. It was quite clearly an attempt at phishing!

Got a call from 44 7494 259822 saying there’s a parcel for me, but I’m not waiting for anything. Sounds like a scam to me.
