Got a call from some dodgy bloke saying I’d missed a Hermes delivery - proper scam, those muppets just trying it on.

So I got a message saying there was a parcel from Hermes that apparently couldn't be delivered. They sent a link from this number to sort out another delivery but the thing is, I haven't actually bought anything, and there's no tracking number mentioned. The site the link opens looks legit, like the real Hermes page, but then it asks for a bunch of personal stuff - my full name, phone, address, even my date of birth. Feels kinda dodgy to me.

I checked out the site the link takes you to and it looks pretty legit at first, but don't be fooled. When I tried using the live chat to reach customer support, it just wouldn't go through. Feels like a dodgy scam to me, best to give it a miss.
