WARNING: THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE CON ARTISTS! My mother received a call from this number, where a chap claimed he was with Home Guardian Ltd based in Bournemouth. He insisted that she had subscribed to a nuisance call blocking service last year and still owed £124. I informed him that we had no intention of paying, and he then brazenly threatened to take legal action against us! Curious and concerned, I decided to investigate further by contacting Home Guardian Ltd directly. To my relief, they confirmed they have absolutely no record of any transactions or accounts linked to my mother’s name. Additionally, they clarified that they never conduct sales calls via mobile phones, deeming such practices unprofessional. I urge everyone to be cautious-do not share any personal information with anyone who calls from this number; they are nothing but fraudsters! Importantly, I want to highlight that Home Guardian Ltd is completely blameless and merely a victim of this unscrupulous scam.
