I got a message from this number saying something like, "PayPal: We've found some unauthorised access, please go to https/user-id85032983[###]?p=4 to lift the block." But honestly, I logged into my PayPal just fine on my tablet, so I don't think anything's wrong. Seems dodgy to me.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me at about the same hour!

Got a call from someone saying they're with PayPal, telling me to protect my account due to some suspicious activity. Felt a bit fishy to me.
