I got a call from a bloke claiming he was from Santander, telling me there was fraud on my bank account. He warned my account would be frozen, and I'd be given a new sort code and account number. When I asked for something in writing, he got really angry and rude. He even started threatening me and called me a #### when I said it sounded like a scam. I've passed the number on to Santander for them to look into.
