Had a lady with an Asian accent ring me claiming there was a £600 charge on my Visa card. This isn’t the first time I’ve had calls like this, and definitely not the only scammer either. Over the last few months, I’ve been getting calls from all sorts of people, men and women alike, all trying the same trick. They call almost daily, it’s ridiculous. Now I just cut the call straight away. For anyone else dealing with these persistent scammers, my advice is to hang up and try to report them whenever you can - they always switch numbers so it’s a bit of a nightmare.
