Got a strange message outta nowhere saying the city council’s cuttin’ down winter heating support because of some new policy. They said if I got the message, I’m entitled to a subsidy, and I’ve gotta fill in my details using a link they provided. They also mentioned the deadline is November 2, 2024, and the money would be sent within a week after that. The message claimed it was from the UK home office but felt a bit dodgy to me. Just thought I’d share in case anyone else got the same.
