I got a call from someone claiming to be Sky, offering me a discount. I was suspicious, so I called Sky straight away and they confirmed it wasn’t them - just a scam. The bloke on the phone couldn’t prove he was from Sky and kept asking for my personal info. I refused to share anything and he told me to just hang up. When Sky rings me properly, they always mention my account details or current packages to prove it’s them. This person couldn’t provide any of that.
