Got a call from Reclaim Services saying my claim’s been approved for payment, then they told me to install some remote desktop app. When I tried ringing the number back, it wasn't recognised at all. Looked up the company and found loads of bad reviews calling it a scam. Also checked the phone number and it’s linked to a place in Russia. I’ve never even put in a claim with them.
