This was 100% a scam. Got a message claiming to be from Apple saying my Apple Pay was blocked. There was a link to click to ‘fix’ the issue… idiot me, I did it while barely awake and only later realised it was dodgy. Then, about three hours after, they rang pretending to be from my bank. Played along perfectly with the usual security questions. They ended up taking loads of small amounts from my Revolut account, plus one from Skrill. Totally had my accounts hacked. Spent the day changing all my banking details now.
