I keep getting calls from this number but as soon as I answer, they just end the call straight away. It's so annoying!

I've had this number call me loads of times over the past few weeks, always with the same message - they say they will disconnect my phone unless I press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese. I never pressed any option, just ended the call straight away. They keep ringing no matter what, it's getting really annoying. I'm seriously thinking about blocking them for good.
