This bloke runs a dodgy business and refuses to pay folks for the jobs they’ve properly finished. He’s basically a go-between, linking a construction firm owned by some Romanian guys with workers from Moldova and Romania. The workers get the job done, but once he gets his cash from the contractor, he ghosts them and stops taking calls. I know at least a dozen people I used to work with who he’s screwed over like this. He’s been pulling this stunt for ages now.
