Got a call from someone saying he was my son and that he’d lost his phone, gave me a new number. Then out of nowhere, he said he needed cash for a payment and asked if I could lend a hand!

Got a call from someone claiming to be my daughter, saying she was in a real bind and needed cash fast. When I tried to ring back, the call wouldn’t go through, but then they sent a message instead. Definitely felt like a scam to me.
