Just got a call from a woman speaking with an Asian accent, could hear loads of background noise, claiming to be from BT saying my contract needed changing and she had to access my laptop to do it. Totally felt like a scam to me, told her I wasn’t interested and ended the call straight away. Then I blocked the number so she can’t bother me again. Would recommend doing the same if you get a call like that.
