It claimed to be Lloyds Bank, but I’m pretty certain it’s a scam. The link they gave doesn’t look like it’s from Lloyds at all. Just a heads up, the link looked something like lloyddtesecure[###]/lloysbank[###]/ - definitely suspicious.
