My elderly mum got a call from someone who tricked her. They said she could save money on her phone bill but never said their company name. They just asked for her info and sadly, she gave it to them.

I usually avoid picking up calls from numbers I don't know, thinking if it's urgent they'll leave a voicemail. This number has rung me a bunch of times but never left any message, so I figure it's not worth my time. I've just gone ahead and blocked it now.
