The message came from a different number and it said not to reply to that particular text. Right away, it felt dodgy and I thought if I called, I could end up paying a ridiculous fee just for ringing. Because of all this, I’m just gonna delete the message and not get involved at all. Luckily, I was able to get hold of my actual daughter on her working phone who said it definitely wasn’t her messaging me. The text even asked for money to be sent urgently and included bank details!
