Sounds like a typical call from one of those Indian call centres. The person on the line claimed they were calling on behalf of EE, but I told them I use another network. They then tried to tempt me with an unlimited plan for just £5 a month. Once I mentioned I'd been checking out YouTube vids about phone scams, they suddenly went quiet and wouldn't say much else!
