I received a phone call from a woman claiming to represent BT Openreach, inquiring about our internet service due to some issues in the neighbourhood. The thing is, we're not actually customers of BT. I enquired why she wasn't contacting our actual provider, but her response didn't make much sense to me. It left me feeling rather uneasy, and I started to wonder if it was all a bit dodgy. In the end, I decided to hang up as I was quite wary of the whole situation.
