Got a call from a British guy who seemed a bit caught off guard that I picked up. He never used my name but mentioned something about me or someone in my family wanting to make or change a WILL. I told him no quite a few times, but he kept trying to set up a meeting even after I said I wasn’t interested. Eventually, he just ended the call.

What a terrible person, honestly no manners at all. The call started with them telling me I was registered with some online investment firm - total rubbish and obviously a scam. These calls need to be stopped for good somehow, this number should be wiped off entirely.

For the past week, I've been plagued by calls from numbers beginning with 07488, and I've found out it's linked to some dodgy investment outfit named Zion. Does anyone know how I can report them to get these annoying calls to stop? It's really getting on my nerves. Last time, I had to raise my voice just to get them to take my number off their list, but instead of stopping, the caller actually told me off for yelling. I got calls from this number 3 times in one day. On the third ring I finally picked up, and someone said they were from EE, but the line was so bad I couldn’t really make out what they were saying, so I just ended up hanging up.

A caller claimed to be from EE and when I called them out as a scam, she kept insisting she was actually from EE. Honestly, don’t bother talking to these lot, they’re just scammers trying it on!

Got a call from someone saying they were from O2 and had a special offer. When I wouldn’t give my email, they just cut me off.

Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, thought it might be a scam. I didn’t answer it and there was no voicemail left, just went straight to voicemail. So I’ve blocked the number now. It looked like it was from somewhere in Glasgow.

I usually don't pick up calls from numbers I don't know. With so many scam calls I get each week, I just look them up online and block them right away.

Hey, I got a call earlier today on the 10th of November, and before that, one back in October. The line was a bit fuzzy but they seemed to be talking about energy or something related to suppliers. I ended the call straight away since I didn’t know who they were, and I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Just like the other calls I’ve had, this one claimed to be from O2 and said it was a free call. They told me to press * then option 5 twice to stop the 901 dial. Oddly, I only recently switched over from Virgin Mobile to O2, and I’ve already had three messages like this. Feels like someone at O2 might be sharing numbers with these scammers. Why isn’t O2 sorting this out? It’s really frustrating.

Had a call earlier from someone claiming they were from EE offering a 30% discount on my bill as part of a promotion. Feels like one of those dodgy call centre scams to me.

Got a call from some dodgy call centre in Pakistan, totally sounded like a scam. Avoid that number at all costs!

She kept going on, but I couldn’t catch most of it. When she asked if I was satisfied with my bills, I just said yeah, all good, and hung up. Blocked the number right away.

Got a call from someone claiming to be O2, but I’m pretty sure it was the same lot as before. Blocked the number straight away. Looks like it’s another round of those Indian scammers giving it a go.

Not really shocked, I kinda figured it was one of those calls and just let it ring while I was driving on the motorway. The thing is, I don’t have loads of mates or contacts who’d ring me, so I reckon businesses I’ve dealt with must be sharing or have sold my mobile number somewhere. I actually use a landline mostly, so it’s odd they have my mobile at all.

I got a call from this number, and the person said they were from Three. I wasn’t too sure, so I ended the call and dialled Three directly to verify. It wasn’t their number at all - just a scam. Best to steer clear!
