Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise. I just let it ring out. Surely one of those annoying scam calls trying to bother me.

I got a call from someone saying they were with the Housing Repair Team, but they never mentioned which organisation exactly. They started asking about issues I'd supposedly reported. I told them I hadn’t reported anything. Still, they kept going on about what they could do to help. I repeated I hadn’t made any complaints. Then they said they probably couldn’t assist me and hung up. Blocked the number straight away.
