Definitely sounds like a dodgy call to me. They rang and said something like “This is xxx”, so I asked who they were after. Then the bloke asked if I could hear him, probably waiting for me to say yes. I asked again who they wanted, but he just kept going on with his pitch. I ended the call right there! Feels like one of those scams where they try to trap you saying yes on record. Watch out and don’t get caught!

I reckon this is just some dodgy scam targeting homeowners, probably trying to get you to hand over some kind of security. They were really unpleasant, so I just blocked the number.
