Got about seven scam calls recently, each with a number that was just a bit different. Ended up blocking every single one of them.

Some bloke called himself Simon from the Advisory Group. But honestly, it’s the *exact* same bloke who’s bugged me loads over stuff like energy providers, windows, and loads more random offers. The way he waits for you to answer so he can jump back in is proper shady. Every time it's like, "Oh hello, Simon here from..." and then it goes on. Once I clocked his voice, I just ended the call straight away.

Calls kept coming nonstop, with just the last number being different each time. Ended up blocking them all.

I really don’t get why these people are so shady and sketchy. The phone rings, you pick up, but then they put their call on some kind of answer service. Then this message plays saying "please hold, we are currently busy"... honestly, no clue what they're trying to pull. I just blocked the number and reported it, job sorted.
