Got a call on my personal mobile from this number, they already knew my name and started pushing some weird "money learning" stuff. Definitely came across as dodgy to me. The person had a really strong Indian accent and was reading straight off a script, no doubt.

So, I received a call on my Slovenian mobile from a UK number, +44 7488 872435, which was pretty strange. I’m not sure how they managed to get hold of my number. What really creeped me out was that the caller actually knew my name! It didn’t take long for me to figure out it was some kind of scam, so I didn’t bother talking much. The accent he had sounded a bit more like the Balkans rather than Eastern European, if that makes sense.

Appreciate the earlier feedback, it helped me figure out this number that just rang me on my personal phone here in Hungary. The caller said his name was "Ryan" but something about his manner felt dodgy. I cut the chat short and blocked him straight away.

I got a call at my house in Hungary from this number, and the guy said I’d apparently requested investment info online, which I honestly never did. His accent was really strong - sounded Eastern European, but strange since he was calling from a UK mobile. I could hear a bunch of voices chatting in the background too. If you get a call from +447488872435, be warned, it’s clearly some sort of financial scammer.
