Got a call from someone claiming to be with The Advisory Hub, said they’d help with my mortgage rate. Thing is, I don’t even have a mortgage. Then they switched to talking about equity release, which again isn’t something I can do. They kept going on and on, so I said do you not get the word no and just hung up. After looking into it, looks like some people and firms are using this situation as a way to scam folks. Watch out!
