I've noticed that this phone number appears to be part of a collection of similar digits: 07488871703, 07488871758, 07488871735, 07488871757, 07488871649, 07488871624, and 07488871560. I've received several missed calls from these, while the others I simply allowed to ring out. When I tried to return the calls, I encountered an automated response with the same woman's voice putting me on hold without ever revealing who they are. It seems these callers have a knack for generating multiple phone numbers. They keep getting blocked only to switch to a different one to keep trying to reach me.

On the 23rd of February, they rang me about a dozen times, but I just didn’t answer. They keep phoning from loads of numbers all beginning with 07488871, but the last three digits always change. They’re pretty relentless. I just block them out. If it’s someone who actually knows me, they’d send a text, email or a letter instead. It’s annoying how these scam callers get away with pestering people. Honestly, they ought to have those numbers cut off.
