The guy repeated the same tired script, saying because of COVID, the Council and Housing Associations can't keep up with repairs anymore. Then he claimed his company steps in to fix anything needed, no cost to me, and maybe even some kind of compensation. I told him I've been living here more than ten years and all repairs needed have already been sorted. Hung up quick.
