You won’t believe the message I got after they rang me up. They said, “Awesome! Please mark it as sold and remove the ad from Gumtree. I’m buying it for my son and I’m happy to pay the full price you asked for. I’ve read the advert and I’m completely happy with it. Please reply quickly. Unfortunately, I can’t come to view or collect because of my disabilities - I’m deaf and use a wheelchair. However, I have a courier who can pick it up from wherever you want. About payment, I can’t use online banking right now due to some problem with my bank, but I can use my PayPal account and I’ll cover all PayPal fees. Could you send me your PayPal email, phone number, and pickup address so I can arrange the courier? Looking forward to your reply.” Quite the story, huh?
