When I asked why they had so many numbers, they said it’s cos people are more likely to pick up a call if it’s from a local area. Honestly, sounds dodgy to me and makes me very suspicious. Plus, they expect you to hand over months of bank statements just to get solar panels. No way!

I received a rather odd call the other day from someone who wanted to know specifics about our property, particularly regarding our heating setup. It was alarming how they already had our name and postcode. They even had the cheek to ask for the name of our house, which we had provided them with! It raises the possibility that this could be some sort of scam aimed at pilfering our heating oil. I’d advise everyone to be cautious of this caller - they definitely don't seem to have good intentions!
