I've blocked them now, but before that, they acted like they were from Sky. Trouble is, I don’t even have Sky, and who on earth would call customers in the UK that early? Proper fishy if you ask me.

If you’re on Sky Mobile and your calls go straight to voicemail when you don’t pick up or you’re busy, you’ll notice this number (+447488222000) listed under your "Call forwarding" options. It’s just the number for your voicemail, nothing more.

This number keeps leaving me voicemails with a 10 showing up next to it, and it’s happening pretty much daily now. It’s really starting to annoy me. If they’re not a Sky number, then why hasn’t Sky done anything about it? This is really affecting their reputation. I’m planning on sending a letter to Sky’s head office to demand some answers. If it carries on, I’m seriously thinking about dumping all my Sky services - TV, broadband, and mobile included. I might switch to Virgin instead; they seem to have better security and it’s much easier to get help when there’s an issue.

That number’s on the Sky mobile network and has the prefix 07488. When you’re overseas, you’d want to dial it as 07488222000. Honestly, it’d make things way simpler online if Sky just made it clear it’s one of their numbers connected to their voicemail system [759].

I keep getting this number sending me notifications about voice messages but when I check, there’s nothing there. It’s happening like twice or thrice daily, super irritating. Honestly, what could be the point? Maybe it’s some kinda secret code or something happening behind the scenes. Who knows, maybe all these numbers are linked and it’s sending out some kinda signal worldwide. Nothing’s impossible these days.

This morning I got 5 calls from the same number but didn’t answer since it was already blocked by my phone. I had read a warning from Sky about scams linked to that number. If you block it, there should be a way to stop any other numbers connected to it as well.

It doesn’t appear to have any real benefit; could be a hiccup in the Sky mobile network. In any case, the best approach is to regard all unsolicited calls as potential scams or unwanted spam!

This number isnt the right one for ur sky voicemail!!! I had a different one before the sky outage last week and when I got this phone 3 years ago I turned voicemail off by ringing your provider. You can call them to get voicemail turned off. Not the same here tho, check my last two comments on this number.

I've been using this phone provided by Sky for quite some time without any issues, but I've recently encountered a strange problem.
